Sallie Krawcheck, CEO & Founder, Ellevest

Sallie Krawcheck's mission is to help women reach their financial and professional goals (or, put more bluntly, to get more money into the hands of women), thus enabling them to live better lives and unleashing a positive ripple effect for our families, our communities and our economy. She is the CEO and co-founder of Ellevest, an innovative financial company, by women for women. Ellevest is one of the fastest growing digital investment platforms and has been named #24 on CNBC's top 50 "Disruptor" list, #14 on LinkedIn's 50 "Most Sought-After Startups" (#2 in New York), and one of Entrepreneur Magazine's Top 100 Brilliant Ideas. Krawcheck is also Chair of Ellevate Network, a 135K-strong global professional women's network; and she is the best-selling author of "Own It: The Power of Women at Work."

Krawcheck, one of the few executives to find success in large complex companies and as a startup CEO, is widely recognized as one of the most influential women in business. Before launching Ellevest, Krawcheck built a successful career on Wall Street: She was the CEO of Merrill Lynch, Smith Barney, US Trust, the Citi Private Bank, and Sanford C. Bernstein. She was also Chief Financial Officer for Citigroup. Prior to that, Krawcheck was a top-ranked research analyst covering the securities industry.

Krawcheck received a BA summa cum laude from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an MBA with honors from Columbia Business School. She has two children and two cats.

Kristi Royse, Founder & CEO, KLR Consulting

Jackie Schneider, Founder, Executive Coach and Leadership Development, LIMNWORX LLC

Jackie is an executive coach, international business executive, and change agent. Her focus as a coach is on helping executives manage transitions (e.g. new leadership, reorganizations, strategic direction, etc.) and on value creation for high performing teams and transforming teams’ stakeholder relationships.

As a seasoned financial and operational executive, Jackie has a track record of leadership in a diversity of organizations, from Fortune 50 technology firms to venture backed start-ups. She has held CFO positions in technology and consumer focused MedTech firms where she led both the finance and the administrative functions. Earlier in her career, Jackie was Director of Strategy & Planning at Hewlett-Packard Company. There she developed the operating plans, budgets and performance measurements for a $600M software organization and directly managed 100 employees in the US, Germany, Israel and China.

Jackie received her MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and worked as a CPA for a NY public accounting firm. She also taught finance as an adjunct professor at Golden Gate University.

Jackie has an abiding interest in the non-profit sector. Her board work has focused on issues of non-profit governance and executive leadership, particularly in response to external crises or major organizational transitions.

Massella Dukuly, Consultant, LifeLabs Learning

Massella is a consultant with LifeLabs Learning, a leadership training resource for innovative companies (like Lyft, TED, Reddit, Sony Music, and Warby Parker). Her areas of expertise include talent development, employee engagement, optimizing CX team performance, and helping teams scale effectively.

She has a Masters in Business Administration with a focus on Leadership and Organizational Change.

Barbara Mark, PhD, Founder & CEO, A Time of My Own

Dr. Barbara Mark has a deeply held passion for working with women in midlife and has built a decades- long career as an elite leadership, career and life strategies coach and advisor to senior executive women. She is a recognized expert on the psychology of women and is the leading authority on the midlife stages of adult development and how these stages impact a woman's career development and life choices. As a result, Barbara is a sought-after coach by women who are looking to make appropriate and actionable personal and professional decisions at critical stages of their lives and careers.

Melissa Maquilan Radic (moderator) Director, Investor Relations & Capital Markets at IMPACT Community Capital

Melissa joined IMPACT Community Capital in 2020 and is responsible for relationship management and the delivery of investment solutions to IMPACT’s institutional clients. Prior to joining IMPACT, Melissa was the head of BlackRock’s insurance business for the West Coast, where she was responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with insurance and other taxable clients. Before that, Melissa was an institutional wholesaler for BlackRock’s Retirement Insurance Group, where she supported variable annuity wholesalers and financial professionals among BlackRock’s insurance clients.

Melissa received her undergraduate degree in Operations Research and Financial Engineering from Princeton University and an Executive MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Melissa has served on the Board of the Financial Women of San Francisco since 2016, and she currently lives in Berkeley, CA with her husband and two sons.

Marisela GarcÍa Márquez, Director of Business Development and Corporate Partnerships at West Strategy Group

Marisela Garcia Marquez has become a pioneer in the tech industry as the first Latina Millennial leading global investments. She is an experienced leader with a passion for building meaningful connections and inclusive communities that transcend borders and bridge cultural divides. She is the Founder of Iberus, a venture capital organization founded in 2015 with a focus on creating cross-border connections and investment opportunities between San Francisco, Silicon Valley and international markets. Additionally, she is a founding partner at InvestMX, a foreign direct investment agency that provides operational, legal and cultural competency support to companies seeking expansion to Mexico.

In 2019 Marisela launched the Global Women in Venture initiative, building a strong community of rising women in venture capital that promotes a global pipeline of female investors, empowers a growing collective of Change-Makers, and establishes a pathway towards diversification and gender equity.

She has been recognized as a “Global Entrepreneur Leader” by the Mexican Association of Business Leaders in Guadalajara, Mexico, “NextGen Leader” by Hispanic Executive Magazine and received the BMW Ultimate Drive Award by Latino Leaders Magazine. Additionally, Marisela is a contributor at Pandocap, serves on the National Board of Latina Professionals and as President of Latina Professionals’ Bay Area Advisory Council.

Monica Khurana, Chief Technology Officer at Dodge & Cox

Monica is a seasoned IT executive with over 20 years of experience in management, operations, product, technology, financial planning, digital marketing and cybersecurity. She is a visionary that has led the industry in creating products and solutions that are leading edge and sometimes the first of their kind in their respective spaces.

She joined Dodge & Cox as Chief Technology Officer in 2017 after serving as Chief Information Officer at RS Investments / Victory Capital Management, Cornerstone Research and Highmark Capital Management – Union Bank. Her experience in IT leadership also includes roles at Barclays Global Investors, CareCore – Varian Medical Systems and Hewlett Packard.

Monica received her Bachelor of Science (Gold Medalist) in Industrial Engineering at National Institute of Technology (NIT), Jalandhar, as well as a Master of Science in Computer Science and a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering both from the University of Missouri-Columbia.

Marla Blow, Senior Vice President, Social Impact North America, Mastercard Center for Inclusive Growth

Marla Blow is the North America lead at the Mastercard Center for Inclusive Growth. Previously, she was Founder and CEO of FS Card Inc., a subprime credit card venture (sold to strategic acquirer).
 
Ms. Blow won the EY Mid Atlantic Emerging Company Entrepreneur of the Year Award for 2018, and has been listed as one of Fast Company’s Most Creative People in Business. Marla was featured in the April 2018 Vanity Fair “26 Women of Color Diversifying Entrepreneurship” photoshoot, and she is a Henry Crown Fellow as part of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
 
Previously, she was part of the Implementation Team to stand up the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and ultimately served as the Assistant Director for Card and Payment Markets, where she shaped the CFPB’s regulatory priorities in these markets.
 
Prior to joining the CFPB, Marla spent seven years in a variety of functions at Capital One in the credit card business. Ms. Blow is a member of the US Capital Chapter of YPO, and previously served on the Board of Directors of Care.com (NYSE: CRCM, sold to IAC), and on the Board of Directors of FactorTrust (sold to TransUnion). Marla holds an MBA from Stanford University and an undergraduate degree from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Zain Oke, Vice President Real Estate, Risk Management and Sourcing at AAA Northern California

Zain is a transformational senior financial executive with over 20 years of experience. Since joining AAA Northern California in 2015, she has taken on several financial and operational roles including Vice President, Internal Audit, VP Controller and currently serves as VP, Organizational Readiness & Real Estate.  Prior to that, she was a Managing Director with A2Q2 Corporation focused on pre-IPO and emerging markets. Beginning her career at Deloitte, Zain served as the Audit Partner to several of the firm's largest healthcare clients.
 
Zain’s background and experience also includes becoming a successful entrepreneur. She and her husband owned and operated their own thriving restaurant business Suya African-Caribbean Grill in Oakland and Berkeley.
 
Zain is passionate about community service and serves on the boards of various organizations, including Girl Scouts of Northern California. She graduated from the University of California at Berkeley, Haas School of Business, where she co-founded the student chapter of the National Association of Black Accountants and later in her career went on to serve on its National Board.
