FWSF has traditionally focused on gender diversity in the financial services, but at its March meeting, the Board adopted a broader initiative that expands the organization’s commitment to diversity and inclusion (D&I). A newly-formed D&I committee convened in June. Its first project is to assess who our members are currently, and to that end, it is developing a brief membership questionnaire. The D&I committee, a subcommittee of Membership, is looking for additional members who want to get in on the ground floor.
